The only problem that I had is that the price was not as presented. It was supposed to be $36 with a $24 admin fee. It turned out to be $36 plus a $25 admin fee and $19 for the key and then you had to purchase insurance for $12. This should have been mentioned. However the woman they are Janice was very nice. Customer service was good when I got there.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Being able to complete most of the paperwork online helped move things along. You do have to have some sort of insurance and thats an extra charge.

I really liked my experience at Uncle Bob's Self-Storage in Ottsville. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice; the storage space looked clean and safe. I would highly recommend this facility to anybody.

reserved a unit online and received a call within an hour to confirm and setup a time to pick a unit. paperwork was quick and simple and the customer service was excellent. very pleasant and upbeat along with pricing that couldn't be beat by any competitor. There's other storage areas within minutes of my house....but they couldn't match all uncle bob's storage offered
